Life is both a beautiful and challenging gift; as well as an amazing journey of twists and turns. In the process of living, you have been resourceful enough to adapt to what your environment demanded – perhaps for the better – but if you are here, it may be more likely that you have become a version of yourself that is far from the original. Life is no longer what you expect and it is harder to ignore the distance between who you have become and who you are. Perhaps the humdrum of existence is unfulfilling and the distance has created a deep sense of loneliness or emotional suffering.

Hello, I’m Amina

It is both my privilege and honour as a qualified and registered UKCP Integrative Psychotherapist to travel alongside my clients, with a gentle humility and an enquiring mind on their meaningful adventure of self-reclamation.

My extensive training at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, varied life experience and years of client practice, have equipped me with the skills to facilitate your adventure of self-reclamation.

I have successfully undertaken meaningful adventures with clients, whatever the challenges they find themselves faced with in life. However emotional suffering shows up in relationship and life, I am fuelled by the healing true companionship and understanding brings because it is proof that we are not alone, and more often than not, we are greater than the circumstances we have been dealt, and with a little encouragement we are able to reclaim our true selves and live an authentic, fulfilling and meaningful life.

I integrate and blend the relevant psychotherapeutic models that are effective for you – from dreamwork, bodywork, psychodynamic, psychoanalytical, neurophysiology, transpersonal, creative interventions (such as visualisations, art forms, and meditations) to jungian concepts, gestalt, CBT and emotion-focused approaches.
